Multilingual AI agents: now in German and French too
Your AI agents no longer stop at the language barrier. BeeAgent adds German and French to the available languages —joining Spanish, Catalan, English and Portuguese— so you can handle calls and email in six languages without staffing a team per country.
One agent, several languages
The point isn't just more languages, it's multilingual agents: a single agent detects the language of whoever calls or writes and answers in it. No duplicated setup, no one bot per language; a single knowledge base serves everyone.
How to enable it
- Open the agent settings.
- In the languages section, turn on German, French or the ones you need.
- Save. The expansion is optional and doesn't touch anything you already have.
In a couple of minutes your agent handles a customer in Berlin or Lyon as naturally as one in London.
Who it helps
- Companies that sell or support in Central Europe or French-speaking markets.
- Support teams with a single number or inbox for customers across countries.
- Businesses that want to grow abroad without opening a local operation per language.
Taking your agents into a new market stops being a project: it becomes a settings change.
Frequently asked questions
- Which languages can a BeeAgent agent handle now?
- On top of Spanish, Catalan, English and Portuguese, your agents now handle German and French, both on calls and email.
- Can a single agent speak several languages?
- Yes. Multilingual agents detect each caller's language and reply in it, so you don't have to build a separate agent per language.
- Do I have to rebuild my current agents to add languages?
- No. You enable the new languages from the agent settings whenever you like; the agents you already have keep working exactly as before.
